Ref 002 - Quality Administrator / Manager
Summary of Role:Development of Quality Management systems within Fine Print and dealing with customers and internal departments on Quality related issues.
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and managing quality systems PS 9000 and ISO 9001
• Managing and developing the CAPA systems
• Managing customer complaints and communicating directly with customers on quality related matters.
• Leading continuous improvement programs within the organisation
• Managing product data and developing metrics programs
• Handling internal and external audits
• Training staff in areas of quality
• Managing quality system documentation
• Working with staff and developing procedures to promote continuous improvement.
• Verification that appropriate operator checks and documentation have been completed accurately.
• Accurate and clear completion of all necessary Quality Documentation
• Clearly communicating with operators and production management on the status of and issues relating to product.
• Batch release
Requirements:
Required
• Experience implementing or developing a Quality Management system to ISO or similar standards
• Experience of Internal Auditing
• 2-3 years’ experience within print/pharmaceutical industry.
• Mac / PC Knowledge
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
Desirable
• Experience working with the requirement of the pharmaceutical industry including GMP.
